What Pasto Does

Pasto is a Chrome extension that enables sequential clipboard pasting. When you copy multiple cells from a spreadsheet (such as Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets), Pasto reads those values and lets you paste them one by one into any input field using Ctrl+V, automatically advancing to the next item each time.

Data Collection

Pasto does not collect any data. Specifically:

• No personal information is collected
• No clipboard contents are stored on any server
• No usage analytics or tracking is performed
• No cookies are used
• No data is shared with third parties

All clipboard data is processed locally on your device and is never transmitted anywhere.

Permissions We Use

• clipboardRead — to read values you have copied from a spreadsheet so they can be loaded into the sequential paste list.
• clipboardWrite — to write the next item to your clipboard each time you paste, advancing the list automatically.
• storage — to save your clipboard items and preferences (like sequential mode) locally in your browser. This data never leaves your device.
• activeTab — to detect the focused input field on the current page so the paste action works correctly.

Host Permissions

Pasto requests access to all websites so it can paste items into input fields on any page the user visits. This is required because users may need to fill forms on any website. Pasto does not read, modify, or transmit any content from the pages you visit.

Children's Privacy

Pasto does not knowingly collect any information from anyone, including children under the age of 13. Since no data is collected at all, there is no risk to children's privacy.

Changes to This Policy

If we ever update this privacy policy, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. We encourage you to review this page periodically. Continued use of the extension after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
